BACK SQUATS
Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70%
Set 2 – 3 rep @ 75%
Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80%
Set 4 – 3 reps @ 85%
Set 5 - 7 reps @ 70%
B. Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes (3 sets) for times:
15 Lateral Burpees over Barbell
12 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
9 Pull-Ups *strict optional*

12 Goblet Squats
