8 Single Kettlebell Front Squats (53/35)
15- Meter Single Kettlebell OH Carry- Can switch arms if need
You will perform 8 front squats, then immediately place the kettlebell in overhead position and walk 20 meters. You’ll repeat this 8 times – 64 total squats and 160-meters of farmer’s carry.
