A. Every 1:30, Complete 8 sets of:
Hang Snatch + Snatch + Tempo Overhead Squat @ 31X1

*athlete starts at a weight they feel comfortable with.. build complex as you choose. Can stay at light weight if need to work more on technique

B. Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets) for times:
200m Run
10 Lateral Burpees over Barbell
8 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)

10 Burpees or No Push Up Burpees
