B. For time:
100 Double-Unders
75 Single-Kettlebell Deadlifts (70/53)
50 Walking Lunges with Single DB Farmer’s Carry (50/35)
25 Single Dumbbell Box Step-Overs (50/35 lbs to 24″/20″)
