CLEANS (power or squat) (alternate of each movement per set)
Set 1 - 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2 - 3 reps @ 65%
Set 3 - 3 reps @ 70%
Set 4 - 2 reps @ 75%
Set 5 - 2 reps @ 80%
Set 6 - 2 reps @ 85%
B. Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets) for times:
40 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/44)
2 Shuttle Runs (50 Feet = 1 rep)
50-Foot Walking Lunges with Single Dumbbell (50/35)
