Attention! GYM CLOSED

We are sad to announce that per the recent decision of the governor’s office and Lafayette Mayor-President Josh Gillory, the gym will be closed until further notice. This is not our decision but it is something that we must do in order to comply with the local and state efforts to contain and prevent further spreading of the virus.

As of now there are no bans or limits to what you can do at home or outside at public places.  We will still continue to post the daily workouts with modified versions so they can be done at home with little to no equipment or bodyweight movements.  There are still many ways to stay active and fit during this temporary shut down.

We will stay up to date with the current guidelines and announcements and will make sure everyone is notified as soon as the ban is lifted and we can reopen!
