*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 5 - Max Reps @ 80%
B. Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes (3 sets) for times:
100 Double-Unders
20 Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
15 Toes to Bar
HERD FIT
50 Single Unders
20 Goblet Squats
15 Knee-Ups
